Pumpkin Spice Cake

CAKE

Mix together the following dry ingredients:

2          -           cups                 flour

1          3/4       cup                  sugar

2          -           teaspoon          cinnamon

2          -           teaspoon          baking powder

1          -           teaspoon          baking soda

1          -           teaspoon          salt

Add:

4          -                                   eggs

2          -           cup                  pumpkin pie filling

1          -           cup                  oil

Blend in:

-           1/2       cup                  chopped nuts

 

A) Grease and flour two 9” cake pans or one 9” x 13” x 2” pan.
B) Bake for 30 minutes at 350º F.


FROSTING

Mix in mixer:

-           8          ounces             cream cheese

-           1/2       cup                  butter

4          -           cups                 powdered sugar

1-2       -           tablespoon       milk

1          1/2       teaspoon          vanilla

 

A) Frost when cake is cool.
